Sandy Shore Villa, Elafonisos

Sandy Shore Villa is a spacious luxury sea-side villa of 350 m², located on top of a small hill overlooking the sand dunes, the sea cedars, and the three islands, with amazing sunset views on the horizon. It is set in a quiet green environment, surrounded by olive trees and all kind of fruit trees. These trees bear fruits that reach a pick of rightness in the summer and which you can enjoy them by picking them straight from the trees like figs, peaches, plums, apricots, pears, oranges and lemons.

The location of this impressive villa allows the visitors to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the white sandy beach of Limnitsa. The Villa has ten bedrooms in total with ensuite bathrooms and a WC on the ground floor. The first floor has a living room and a dining room with a great view, an open plan kitchen, a fireplace, and a wrap-around big veranda equipped with dining area and a gas BBQ, that offers relaxation and amazing sea views. It also has one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed, a bunkbed and ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, three of them with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, and one with a pull-out sofa bed that also contains gym equipment with ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with king size beds and one with double bed, all of them with ensuite bathrooms.

The Villa has direct access to a sandy beach that has private umbrellas and sunbeds. There is also a private floating pontoon for guests and their children to enjoy dives in the crystal turquoise sea and to embark and disembark guests from a private boat.

The Villa also features two canoe kayaks for guests to enjoy the spectacular Limnitsa bay and an outdoor basketball hoop for kids to practice their basketball shoots.

Sandy Shore Villa also has a private helipad a few steps from the beach for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests.
